This session is a crash course in everything you need to know about finding, signing, and retaining sponsors.

You’ll hear why brands sponsor, what they expect in return for cash and product, how to create value for brands--even if you’re not winning!

You'll also learn why you should never offer ‘exposure,’ and what to offer instead.

If you are looking for sponsors, this session covers it all!

Sponsorship Valuations

Our panelists will explain what has value to a brand and what doesn't, so you know how much you're worth and what to ask for.

What's a logo worth to a sponsor?

What dollar value can you put on your team's livery?

How much should you charge for a season of representation?

Social Media Valuations

Social media today has evolved from what we knew a few years ago. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat are all different ways of reaching people. Each one has advantages over the others. Using them right helps you turn their advantages into yours.

Megan Meyer and Fran Richards will explain what companies want from social media and how sponsored athletes should prepare and submit their content to fit in with the company's marketing objectives. This session will explain how to use social media to maximize value for your team, business, and sponsors, and how value is calculated.

Delivering Digital Content

Big sponsors have the most money. If you represent a big sponsor, they're paying you to become an extension of their marketing arm. You need to not only create compelling content, but you must also upload and index it according to the sponsor's content data management practices.

Phil Kauffman, Senior Director Data Asset Management of Monster Energy will explain how the Monster's marketing  receives, categorizes, rates, and uses content from athletes.

If you want a big sponsor, you have to know what they value and how to give it to them. Today, it's a matter of uploading digital content into correctly categorized databases that the company can access for future use. If you're only posting social images or sending photos and videos to your sponsors, you're already way behind. Top athletes that represent leading firms use data management systems. This session will explain what that means.

Getting Announcers to Talk About You & Your Sponsors

You're new to off road racing and you're not very well known yet. So, how do you get the announcers to talk about you if you're not getting on the podium yet?

Let the voices of off road tell you how to get them to talk about you and your sponsors (if you have any).
